Here we have another all time favorite piece - JESU, JOY of MAN'S DESIRING by BACH (One of my favorites).

Just single notes and campanella here - but not easy, due to some big movements to keep the notes ringing together.

Study notes:

Make sure all note ring together for that campanella sound -  there is one real tricky part here, in the 3rd measure to keep those notes ringing together - I'll walk you through it...

Measure 3 (tricky part): 1st finger for the note on the 5th fret, 2nd finger for partial barre on the 8th fret, barre both notes right away so you're ready to play them in the next measure. We've used our second finger for the barre so we can use the 3rd finger for the note on the 9th fret 4th string.

For the rest - you should be able to easily get the notes ringing together...

Other Stuff...

Stay Tuned - lot's of Christmas stuff coming up soon! There will be quite a few solo pieces and Jazz versions just like last year.

New today for patreon members only is a wild version of 'Canon in D' but it's in C to fit the uke better, it's a crazy uke approach to the piece that is a challenge to play. It goes up to the 14th fret, so you won't be able to play it if your uke has 12  frets... Its based on a weird keyboard version - very unique.

Have fun!
