There are some challenging chord changes here, some rests and a time change.
The best way to approach this song is to go through it very slow until you get used to the chord changes, then gradually increase speed.

Notes:
Hold chords and let notes ring whenever possible.
Measure 2: Bar with your 3rd finger.
Measure 3: Here we find some rests, to perform a rest - rest the side of the palm of your hand on the strings as shown below.
There are only two notes in the E chord here, G# (the 3rd) and D (the 7th). This chord would actually be an E7 - you'll see this chord again later. The E7 is a better choice than the E the piece calls for because it creates tension and pulls to the Am.
In my book "Ukulele Chord Tricks: Simplify any Chord" I show you how to reduce chords down to two notes.
Measure 9-12: Practice these chord changes separately to get them down at a much slower speed.
Measure 13-16: You'll find even more challenging chord changes here - practice them separately - very slowly.
Measure 14: Keep you first finger on the 1st fret 4th string for the whole measure.
Measure 15: Notice the time change here.
For a simpler version: You can leave out the notes on the 4th string for the 4 note chords - if you do that, I would keep the note on the 4th string for the diminished chords, but it's OK to leave that out too if need be...
Enjoy!
